WIRSA State BasketbalL Tournament

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

The 10th Annual WIRSA State Basketball Tournament will take place at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.  The tournament was started in 2011 at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater as a way for each university to showcase their top Intramural Sports and Sport Club.  Each year, more universities and more teams join the tournament with the hopes of taking home the WIRSA State Basketball Tournament Trophy, which currently resides at UW-Oshkosh (Men's) and UW-Madison (Women's).

Not only is this tournament designed for Men's and Women's Intramural Sport and Sport Club level teams to showcase their skills against other teams from the region, but it is also setup for student officials and volunteers to gain valuable experience and feedback from professionals in the field to fine-tune their skills.  Top high school and college officials from the region volunteer their time to assist with a clinic for the staff, evaluations throughout each contest, and feedback at the end of the tournament.

Whether you are interested in participating, officiating, volunteering, or spectating, we hope you join us on February 28-29, 2020 for the WIRSA State Basketball Tournament.
